These terms govern the purchase of goods via the Carpe Iter online store. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms they have reviewed and agreed to these conditions.

The contractual relationship is established by the delivery of the order acceptance. All product technical data is based on real-world adventure testing.
03. WARRANTY & COMPLAINTS
Warranty is provided according to Czech law. Proper mounting as per documentation is mandatory for warranty validity.
